About "Nocturne No. 9 in E Flat Major, H 30" by Barry Douglas
Nocturne No. 9 in E-flat major glows with a soft, nocturnal intimacy, yet Douglas teases out a restless undercurrent—a heartbeat quickening in the dark. The melody floats like a paper lantern, beautiful and slightly adrift.
