About This Song
About "Ilha do Sol (Caraïbo)" by LISA
Steel drums and a lilting accordion transport us to a sun-bleached island, LISA’s voice a warm breeze. ‘Island of the Sun (Caribbean)’ is pure escapism, but the festive rhythm carries a hint of longing—a paradise remembered rather than lived, where joy and nostalgia are inseparable.
