About This Song
About "Liebesbotschaft, S. 560/10 from Schwanengesang" by Arcadi Volodos
Volodos teases Schubert's 'Liebesbotschaft' into a whispered piano confession, each phrase a paper boat drifting downstream. The melody's tenderness flickers against a muted unease, as if the lover's message might dissolve before arrival. Fingers hover, then retreat—desire held in the space between notes.
