About "Auric: Violin Sonata in G Major: IV. Vif" by Alexander Lonquich
A final flicker of G-major sunlight, but the 'Vif' is a restless shimmer—violin and piano darting like swallows before a storm. Auric's sonata closes with a nervous grace, all crystalline arpeggios and sudden shadows, leaving a taut, unresolved joy hanging in the air.
