About This Song
About "Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln (From Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln)" by Buddy Baker
Baker's orchestral snapshot of Lincoln is stately and reverent, brass and strings swelling with solemn grandeur. Yet a thread of melancholy runs through the pomp—a reminder that great moments are carved from grief as much as glory. The tension between monument and man is palpable.
