About This Song
About "Lover of My Soul" by Brian Houston
Soulful and stripped-back, this track finds Houston in intimate mode. The 'lover of my soul' is addressed with both reverence and longing, over a bed of warm organ and brushed drums. It's a devotional that avoids sentimentality, its emotional weight carried by restraint and space.
