About This Song
About "Si j'avais un marteau" by Les Surfs 2008
A cover of 'If I Had a Hammer,' Les Surfs infuse it with French ye-ye bounce. The hammer becomes a tool for justice, but the bright arrangement softens the protest. It's a call to action wrapped in a danceable groove, hopeful yet tinged with naive urgency.
