About "The Hours: The Poet Acts" by Christian Pierre La Marca
Glass's 'The Poet Acts' becomes a clockwork elegy in La Marca's hands, its repeating figures circling like moths around a lamp. The mood is hypnotic and restless, beauty locked in a mechanism that cannot stop turning.
