About "Do the Slinky" by Artie Kaplan
Do the Slinky is a novelty dance number with a knowing wink, all rubbery bass and handclaps. Kaplan invites you to shimmy with gleeful absurdity, the groove as loose and wobbly as the toy it celebrates. It’s pure party filler, but the infectious silliness makes it hard to resist.
