About "A la légère" by Babik Reinhardt
'A la légère' means lightly, and Babik Reinhardt's quintet takes that literally—breezy guitar runs, featherweight rhythms, a Gallic shrug in musical form. Yet the precision beneath the ease reveals craft. It's the sound of effort disguised as effortlessness, a tightrope walk in soft shoes.
