About This Song
About "I Remember When I Was Young" by Chain
Memory as a warped tape loop. Chain's 'I Remember When I Was Young' stretches a ghostly vocal over a sparse, ticking beat, the past flickering like a damaged film. The tension is between nostalgia and erosion—the melody is sweet, but the texture is rust. It's a lullaby for a haunted childhood.
