About This Song
About "Spread Light" by Alex Clare
Alex Clare's 'Spread Light' is a gospel-tinged anthem of resilience, but the light is hard-won. The rhythm stutters like a heartbeat recovering from shock, the vocals reaching for something beyond the dark. It's hope as a muscle, flexed against the weight of the world.
