About This Song
About "L'Olimpiade, RV 725, Act II Scene 13: In angustia più fiera (Licida, Aminta)" by Bejun Mehta
In 'In angustia più fiera,' Licida and Aminta share a moment of fierce anguish. Mehta's countertenor intertwines with the soprano, their voices a knot of desperation. The strings churn beneath, a storm of duty and love. Vivaldi captures the unbearable weight of choice.
