About "Lookin' Out" by Brian Briggs
Lookin' Out opens a window onto shimmering dream pop, all reverb and longing. Briggs's voice floats over chiming chords, gazing outward with a mix of hope and resignation. The horizon glows, but the frame feels fragile—a quiet meditation on distance and the ache of waiting.
