About This Song
About "Heartache Is a Cold Place" by A Boy And His Kite
A Boy and His Kite maps heartbreak as a frozen landscape. 'Heartache Is a Cold Place' shivers with sparse, echoing piano and a voice that cracks like ice. The emotional tension between numb stillness and the ache to feel something warm makes this a glacial, beautiful ache.
