About "Fauré: Requiem, Op. 48: VI. Libera me" by Choir Of King's College, Cambridge
Libera me erupts from the Requiem's stillness, the baritone soloist crying for deliverance. The King's College Choir answers with stark force, the music tightening into fear before dissolving into plea. A sudden tremor in the liturgy—death's shadow breaking through the calm.
