About "Jamm" by Cheikh Lô
On 'Jamm,' Cheikh Lô stretches the word for peace into a meditative groove. The track's gentle, repetitive guitar lines and soft percussion create a sanctuary of calm, yet a subtle tension lingers—peace as an active, fragile practice, not a given.
