About This Song
About "What You Want" by Bonnie Spacey
Desire becomes a mechanical pulse, sleek and relentless. Spacey's delivery is cool, almost detached, as if wanting itself is a dance she's mastered. The track hums with a tension between control and craving, a mirrorball spinning in an empty room.
