About This Song
About "Mitte" by Anja Schneider
Named for Berlin's Mitte, this track is a cold, metallic glide through empty streets at dawn. Schneider captures the district's paradox—bleak and alluring—with a minimal pulse and icy synths, the calm of the concrete broken only by a distant, industrial thrum.
