About This Song
About "Mademaselle de Bucarest à Budapest" by Christophe Lartilleux
A whimsical, locomotive journey from Bucharest to Budapest, Lartilleux's guitar spins a tale of a mademoiselle in motion. The rhythm chugs like a train, while the melody's minor-key shifts hint at romance and rootlessness—a bittersweet, swinging travelogue across an imagined Europe.
