About This Song
About "I Need A Man - Original" by Barbara Pittman
A rockabilly demand, all swagger and nerve. Barbara Pittman doesn't plead—she insists, her voice a sharp elbow to the ribs. The twang of guitar mirrors a restless hunger, a woman refusing to wait. Beneath the bravado, a flicker of loneliness, a heart pounding against the quiet.
