About This Song
About "Save Me" by Booka Shade
'Save Me' is Booka Shade at their most emotionally direct. A pleading vocal sample loops over a bed of melancholic synths, creating a sense of urgent vulnerability. The tension between isolation and the need for connection is beautifully, achingly rendered.
