About This Song
About "Dolly Suite, Op. 56 : Fauré: Dolly Suite, Op. 56: III. Le Jardin de Dolly" by Alfons Kontarsky
Fauré’s 'Dolly’s Garden' blooms in pastel chords—a child’s Eden of hedges and hidden paths. The music is serene but edged with longing, as if the garden is remembered rather than visited, its gate already closing.
