About This Song
About "Spartacus: Adagio of Spartacus and Phrygia" by Aram Khachaturian
The orchestral Adagio of Spartacus and Phrygia is a sweeping panorama of love and loss. Khachaturian’s strings swell with a tension between tenderness and doom—a slow dance on the precipice of history, where every caress is shadowed by the arena.
