About This Song
About "Violin Concerto "Concerto for Beni Schmid": I. Allegro moderato" by Benjamin Schmid
The opening 'Allegro moderato' of the concerto written for Benjamin Schmid is a modern-romantic statement. Orchestral strings churn beneath the violin's searching line, a dialogue between soloist and ensemble. Tension builds not through bombast but through restless harmonic motion, a calm surface over deep, unsettled currents.
