About "Ciquita (Ransom Note Edit)" by Bawrut
Bawrut's 'Ciquita' gets a ransom-note edit, its Latin house skeleton pasted with jagged, anonymous fragments. The result is a hostage situation of rhythm—familiar yet dismembered, a sweaty club anthem that demands you pay attention to every cut-and-paste hiccup.
