About This Song
About "Heaven On Earth" by Donna Allen
Heaven On Earth, the title track, finds Donna Allen building paradise from drum machines and desire. It's a utopia with a shadow: the euphoria is so bright it feels fragile, as if the dance floor might crack open to reveal the longing beneath. Glossy, restless, divine.
