About This Song
About "Piano Concerto No. 2 in B-Flat Major, Op. 19 : Beethoven: Piano Concerto No. 2 in B-Flat Major, Op. 19: III. Rondo. Molto allegro" by Bernard Haitink
Youthful Beethoven, all spark and mischief: the Second Concerto's Rondo skips forward with a grin. Haitink lets the orchestra answer the piano's teasing phrases with elegant restraint, a conversation of light-footed wit where every flourish lands like a wink.
