About This Song
About "I'll Remember April, 52nd Street Theme" by Charlie Parker Quintet
This medley pairs 'I'll Remember April' with '52nd Street Theme,' a wistful ballad dissolving into a sprint. Parker's alto shifts from caress to chase, the quintet pivoting on a dime. It's nostalgia and adrenaline sharing the same breath—bebop's twin engines.
