About This Song
About "Cantique" by Anna Lapwood
A cantique that floats like incense, its melodic lines curling upward in slow, deliberate arcs. Lapwood’s phrasing is intimate yet distant, a private prayer overheard. The emotional register hovers between surrender and melancholy, each cadence a small, unresolved question.
