About This Song
About "Violin Concerto No. 1 in B-Flat Major, K. 207: I. Allegro moderato" by Benjamin Schmid
Mozart’s youthful concerto sparkles under Schmid’s bow—allegro moderato with a wink. The orchestral texture is crisp, the solo line buoyant yet poised. There’s a tension between elegance and playfulness, like a courtly dance that might suddenly break into a run.
