About This Song
About "You're Gonna Need Me (Rerecorded)" by Barbara Lynn
A rerecorded plea that burns with renewed urgency, 'You're Gonna Need Me' finds Lynn delivering a warning wrapped in velvet. The groove is steady as a heartbeat, but the vocal cracks with the knowledge that need often arrives too late.
