About "Mandolin Concerto in C Major, RV 425 : Vivaldi: Mandolin Concerto in C Major, RV 425: II. Largo" by Avi Avital
The Largo of Vivaldi’s mandolin concerto is a droplet suspended on a leaf. Avital plays with exquisite restraint, each note a small ceremony of grief. The strings offer a warm bed, but the melody refuses comfort—beauty as a form of quiet resistance.
