About "Quem vidistis pastores" by Augsburger Domsingknaben
'Quem vidistis pastores'—a Christmas motet where shepherd voices query the night. The Augsburger Domsingknaben spin bright, pastoral lines that feel like frost on wool. Under the manger's star, the music balances rustic joy with a shiver of awe: the calm of the field pierced by angelic alarm, a birth announced in trembling harmony.
