About "Wipe the Shame (Red Axes Remix)" by Autarkic
Red Axes scrubs Autarkic's original raw, but the stain remains. This remix of 'Wipe the Shame' is a churning, percussive exorcism—hand drums and dubbed-out vocals circling a central guilt. It's less about absolution than the sweaty, repetitive work of trying to forget, the groove itself a kind of penance.
