About This Song
About "Mon copain l'argentin, oswaldo" by Bernard Sauvat
A Argentine friend, rendered in vivid, sun-bleached strokes. Sauvat’s chanson swings with a bittersweet camaraderie, the rhythm bright but the harmony shadowed. A portrait of exile and affection, wrapped in a deceptively buoyant tune.
