About "Hand Clapping Song" by The Meters
The Meters turn a simple clap into a rhythmic engine—tight, syncopated, and impossibly funky. Handclaps snap like firecrackers over a greasy organ vamp, building a groove that feels both loose and military-precise. The joy is in the discipline: every hit lands with a grin.
