About "Requiem, K. 626 : Mozart: Requiem, K. 626: IIIa. Dies irae (Orch. Beyer) (Live)" by Symphonieorchester Des Bayerischen Rundfunks
The 'Dies irae' erupts with terrifying immediacy, brass and chorus a wall of fire. Under Beyer's orchestration, Mozart's wrath becomes both monumental and intimate—a judgment rendered not from on high but from within, where fear and awe collide in a single, shattering breath.
