About This Song
About "Cold Cold Heart - Original" by Barbara Pittman
Pittman turns Hank Williams' heartbreak into a slow-burning rockabilly torch song. The original's weeping steel is replaced by a taut, reverb-drenched guitar that stalks the vocal like a shadow. Here, 'cold cold heart' isn't a metaphor—it's a physical chill, a frost creeping across a lonely dance floor.
