About This Song
About "Sans toi BOF Cléo de 5 a 7" by Michèle Arnaud
Absence becomes a cinematic void in this torch song from Cléo de 5 à 7. Arnaud's trembling delivery traces the shape of a missing lover, each note a step through an empty apartment. The arrangement's gentle swing masks a quiet devastation, joy and grief intertwined.
