About This Song
About "The Sad Punk" by Pixies
Pixies sneer through 'The Sad Punk,' a jagged burst of surf-rock distortion and Black Francis's yelp. The title's melancholy clashes with the song's frenetic energy, like a tear-streaked face grinning through a mosh pit.
