About This Song
About "I Have Always Wanted" by Virgo Four
Yearning is rendered as a loop that never quite resolves. Virgo Four stretches a single, aching chord into a horizon of early-morning house, the title's confession repeated like a mantra. There's warmth here, but also the unease of wanting something so badly the wanting becomes the thing itself.
