About "D. Scarlatti: Keyboard Sonata in G Major, Kk. 13" by Alexis Weissenberg
Weissenberg turns this G major sonata into a brisk, sunlit chase—each phrase a leap over a garden wall. The joy is infectious, almost reckless, but a subtle tension in the rhythm keeps you guessing. It's a dance on a tightrope, buoyant yet aware of the drop.
