About This Song
About "El tambor chico" by Jorge Drexler
A small drum, a heartbeat's echo—Drexler turns a minor percussion into a vessel for memory. The song's tension is between the intimate and the communal: a child's toy becoming a ritual instrument, its rhythm both a lullaby and a call to gather, soft yet insistent.
