About This Song
About "Die Walkure : Act I : Siegmund Heiss' ich" by Astrid Varnay
Varnay names Siegmund with tender thunder, her voice a hearth-fire in the storm. The declaration is both birthright and burden, love and doom braided into a single, luminous phrase that aches with inevitability.
