About This Song
About "Real Mother for Ya" by Don E
Don-E injects a shot of funk into the album with 'Real Mother for Ya.' The bassline struts, the horns stab, and his vocal is a knowing, playful growl. It's a swaggering, retro-soul strut that updates classic funk tropes with modern polish—effortlessly cool and impossible to sit still to.
