About This Song
About "Oskar's Monologue" by Alexandre Desplat
Oskar's monologue is scored with restless piano runs that mirror a child's spiraling thoughts. Desplat lets the melody wander like a voice searching for an answer, each phrase a step further into the labyrinth of grief.
