About This Song
About "These Days" by Alexis Ffrench
Nostalgia hums through this piece like static on an old tape. Ffrench's piano sketches days gone by with warm, rounded tones, but a dissonant undercurrent suggests those days weren't perfect. The tension between fondness and regret makes 'These Days' a bittersweet postcard from a past that never quite existed.
