About "Eine Alpensinfonie, Op. 64, TrV 233 : R. Strauss: Eine Alpensinfonie, Op. 64, TrV 233: No. 9, Auf der Alm" by Boston Symphony Orchestra

Strauss paints alpine pasture with luminous brass and shimmering strings—a sunlit plateau where time slows. The Boston Symphony breathes expansive air into every phrase, cowbells faintly glinting. Yet beneath the pastoral calm, a distant storm brews, a tension between serenity and impending upheaval.
