About "Piano Concerto No. 1 in C Major, Op. 15 : Beethoven: Piano Concerto No. 1 in C Major, Op. 15: III. Rondo. Allegro scherzando (Live)" by Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli
Michelangeli's live Rondo is a high-wire act: Beethoven's 'scherzando' becomes a game of wit and nerve. The C-major theme bounces with deceptive ease, but beneath the sparkle lurks a fierce, competitive intelligence. Orchestra and pianist trade quicksilver jabs—exhilarating, unguarded.
